Limited personal license
Subject to these documents, Gold Ops OS grants account holders a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable right to use the software through the provided interface.
License restrictions
- No resale, sublicensing, or unauthorized access sharing.
- No circumvention of access controls, risk controls, or human-authorization boundaries.
- No unauthorized scraping, automated load, security testing, reverse engineering, or interference except where non-waivable law expressly permits otherwise.
- No attempt to activate unavailable broker, provider, or execution functionality.
Software and content
The license does not sell or transfer Gold Ops OS source, product design, documentation, branding, or other original materials. Rights not expressly granted remain reserved by their applicable owners.
Updates and termination
Software and access conditions may be updated, suspended, or withdrawn for security, misuse, maintenance, legal, or product reasons. Account access may end when these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy are violated.
No broker or execution right
This license grants no right or capability to connect a broker, place orders, operate automatically, or treat software output as a trading guarantee. Gold Ops OS does not currently place, modify, or close broker orders. Live and real-money trading is not authorized.
